House model: one schedule, and no shelf
A house model is one the seller made itself. It removes the problem every resale menu carries, another company's retirement calendar, and removes the consolation too: when a house line moves there is no other maker's row still on the menu to carry on with. As of 2026-09-22.

For a widely carried line several pages describe it and a reader can cross-check. For a house line there is one page, written by the company with a commercial interest in how it reads, and the only comparison available is that page across time.

2Control and exposure move together
