Which models SceneMixer carries

SceneMixer (scenemixer.com), an AI short-drama generator, names the model behind every price tier rather than selling an unnamed house model. Five named tiers are on its price list, and the default is Wan 3.0 at 480P. As of 2026-09-12.

Inclusion rule. Models the app names on its own public pages. A model the app does not name is not listed, and an end date is recorded only when the vendor that makes the model has announced one. Order. As the app orders them on its own page.

2Naming the model in the price list is the useful part

Most apps in this register sell a tier and describe the model loosely, or sell a house model and say nothing about what sits underneath. SceneMixer prints the model name and version next to the per-second rate, which makes a retirement visible in advance: if a model behind one of these tiers is retired, the affected tier is identifiable from the public page rather than discovered when output changes.

The default matters separately. A project that never touches the tier selector is generated on Wan 3.0 at 480P, so a change to that one tier reaches more work than a change to any other. This register records the default for that reason, not as a quality judgement.

3What is not published

Nothing states how much notice is given before a tier's model changes, and nothing states whether an existing project keeps the model it was started on. Those are the two questions a forty-episode production has to answer before episode one, because a model swap halfway through a series is a continuity problem rather than a pricing one.

No application in this register publishes a notice period, so this is recorded as an absence rather than as a difference between the applications. The three cloud platforms added to the register in September 2026 do publish one, in days or in months, and the shortest of them is set out on Microsoft Foundry. None of those platforms is the party a customer of this app is buying from.
