1A clause is worth more than a silence

Read as consumer protection, this footnote is the worst line in the register: it says outright that nothing is guaranteed. Read as planning information it is the most useful, because it removes an assumption every other page lets a reader keep.

The assumption is that a plan buys a model. It does not; it buys access to a menu that the seller maintains. That is almost certainly true everywhere here, and this is the one page that says so where a buyer will see it.

2Three verbs, three different events

Update, modify and replace are not synonyms. An update keeps the name and changes the weights, a modification can change behaviour without either, and a replacement swaps the name as well. Only the last is visible from outside without a test.

That matters for a production because the invisible two are the ones that break continuity. A season generated across an update can drift without any row in this register changing, which is why the entry page keeps the sentence whole rather than paraphrasing it.

3What a reader should do with it

Treat the clause as a schedule with no dates: the swap will happen and the warning is the sentence itself. The defensible response is bookkeeping, not vigilance, because there is no page to watch and no notice to wait for.

Recording which model produced each delivered file costs one field and answers the only question this clause makes urgent. The recovery order page sets out what to do once the answer turns out to be yes.
