Blank cell: an unasked question, not a promise

A blank cell means the vendor has published nothing on that point. It is not a commitment, not a prediction and not a judgement. Several of the blanks here are structural, because the question does not apply to that arrangement, and the register marks those separately where it can. As of 2026-09-22.

Inclusion rule. The reading applied to every empty value in this register. Where a blank is structural rather than missing, the cell says so. Order. From the most common kind of blank to the most specific.

1The dangerous reading is reassurance

A reader scanning a table full of blanks concludes that nothing is happening. What the blanks record is that nobody has said, and the one completed retirement in this register arrived with no prior warning at all.

So silence before an announcement is the normal state rather than a signal. The register records the silence precisely so that it is not mistaken for stability.

2Structural blanks are the opposite of uninformative

Where weights are downloaded, nobody holds the material and no disposal policy can exist. Where every call names a model, no default can exist. Those cells are settled rather than empty.

Recording them as not applicable keeps the column honest. A reader comparing blanks would otherwise treat the most settled arrangements here as the least informative.

3A blank beside a number is a sharper blank

A page promoting a numbered version tells every reader that lower numbers existed. Nothing saying whether they remain is a question with a reason to ask it, unlike a blank with no context around it.
