Two entries publish a mapping between plans and engines. One names partner models tier by tier, so the subscription decides what a project reaches. The other names a model and version beside each per-second rate, so the tier chosen decides the engine and the price together. As of 2026-09-12.

Inclusion rule. An entry appears when its own priced page connects a plan or tier to a named model. A plan covering several models without assigning them does not count. Order. Entries publishing a mapping first, then the rest.

1A mapping is readable before paying

Publishing which model sits in which plan lets a reader see exactly what a subscription reaches before committing. That is more detail than most entries give and it is the precondition for knowing what a plan change would cost.

It is a snapshot of a commercial arrangement rather than a commitment. Nothing says a model stays in the tier it is named in.

2Gating creates a second way to lose an engine

Where the plan decides, access can end because the tier moved rather than because anything was retired. The model continues to exist one plan above, and no lifecycle document is involved.

From a production's side the effect is identical to a retirement. The document that announces it is a pricing page, which no retirement tracker watches.

3A bundle and a single line both make the mapping moot

Where both generations are included, or where one house model appears on every plan, the plan decides nothing about the engine. Those arrangements remove the question rather than answering it.

They also remove the detection surface. The default tier column records which entries name anything specific enough to watch.
